The Name
Call me Arachne Jericho. People sometimes want to ask me about that, but are too shy or too polite. Well, it certainly isn’t Jericho because of the TV show, although I think Jericho is some of the bestest television out there.
A Writer
I’m a writer first, and everything else second. Yes, even Holmes. But he’s a very close second.
I don’t do pastiches or fan fiction; I’m not the right type. I do play upon Holmes and Watson characteristics in my characters.
The Holmesian
My love for Sherlock Holmes started when I was young, but didn’t really pick up until I started watching the Granada series with Jeremy Brett. The fannishness went into overdrive when I picked up the BBC radio adaptations of all the main Canon stories and novels, with Clive Merrit.
